Kevin Ogar was a beloved Crossfit coach and trainer, and a weight-lifting athlete, working 7 days a week when everything came crashing down. On January 12, 2014, he was paralyzed from the waist down after a weight-lifting accident. He was determined to get back into the gym. Now he’s coaching and training, as well as working with Crossfit on adaptive programs. Since the accident, he’s refocused his future, gotten engaged, and says he’s happier than ever.
